Right Foot Forward WA is a social enterprise providing adventure therapy programs for adults and young people. Programs range from 1 day through to multi-day expeditions and are tailored to suit health services, schools, community groups and individuals.
Jocelyn Evans is the Founder and oversees all programs whilst leading the majority of Right Foot Forward WA’s programs. Right Foot Forward WA is borne out of her passion and belief in the outcomes gained from adventure based learning and Jocelyn's desire to see all people have access to opportunities like this.
Jocelyn has 17 years experience in the Outdoor Education industry and has spent 3 years working as a Youth Worker and currently works with Laura Engel exploring Bush Adventure Therapy and its benefits.
The organisation states that;
acknowledging the interconnectedness between humankind and the natural word is vital for the sustainability of the planet and ourselves. We have an increasing responsibility to respect and honour our interwoven coexistence.
Their vision is to actively support this critical relationship and strengthen connections so that we all may heal, survive and thrive.
